Our regular credit terms are: Net, 30 Days. In order to be granted any credit privilege, it is absolutely required to submit à Credit Application Form (available on-line). The results of a credit enquiry will determine the terms granted. Sorry, we do not accept credit cards. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY CONCERNING RETURN OF MERCHANDISE ? An authorisation number must be obtained from one of our Customer Service Agents prior to any return of merchandise. WHEN USING A BEAUDOIN FRAME, WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE SPACE UNDERNEATH MY BOX SPRING (BETWEEN FLOOR AND BOX SPRING)? It depends on what kind of footing is used: roller (casters), or one of the available models of glides. Please refer to the chart below to choose the footing you need for your bed frame. Unless otherwise specified on order, Beaudoin frames are delivered with rollers (without locks). STANDARD FRAME With rollers (casters): 7 1/4 inches With plastic glides: 7 1/8 inches With short metal glides: 5 1/2 inches With long metal glides: 7 1/8 inches With adjustable glides: between 5 7/8 et 8 1/4 inches LOW PROFILE FRAME With rollers (casters): 4 1/2 inches With short metal glides: 2 3/4 inches With long metal glides: 4 1/4 inches INSTRUCTIONS FOR CREATING AN ACCOUNT ONLINE Click on "Order online" in the choices at the top of the home page. Then click on the line "If you want to create an account…" Enter the required information in the fields. The fields with an " * " must be filled. Create your login and password. You will use those when placing your orders. Once the fields are filled, click on the " + " at the bottom, and your account is created ! Now you can place your orders online by entering your account with your login and password from the home page. INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING ONLINE Enter your code on the home page. Click on the little shopping cart, or press "Enter" on your keyboard. You have reached the order screen. If you know the product number, you can enter it under "Product code" and then press "Tab" on your keyboard. If you do not know the product number, click on the arrow at the right of the "Range" field. Select a category of product by clicking on its name in the list. Once the category is chosen, click on the arrow at the right of the "Product description" field Then click on the description of the product needed, and the screen will change to the correct product code. Click on the "Quantity" field and enter the quantity needed for the selected product. Press "Tab" on your keyboard. Enter the price. Prices will appear automatically on next orders, but please then adjust according to quantities. Click on the "+" sign on the screen. Also, using your keyboard, the "Tab" button will bring you to the "+" sign, and you can press "Enter" instead of clicking. You may add other products on the order by repeating the steps above. The lower part of the screen is a description of your current order as you are entering it. You may click on the little "x" signs at the end of each product entry to cancel it, or modify the quantity of any product ordered by changing it directly in the "Quantity" field. Internal notes may be inscribed in the "Notes" fields at the far right of the screen. However, these notes will not be transmitted to J.B.L.. Another screen will allow you to transmit special instructions along with the order. If the order is correct and complete, click on the "Next" sign below the listed products A new screen appears. On this screen you can add the "Purchase order number", the "Delivery date" (can be a comment, does not have to be an actual date), and the required freight ("Via") in the appropriate fields. Also, please verify the addresses in "Sold to" and "Delivered to". The notes inscribed in the "Note" box at the bottom of the screen will be transmitted to J.B.L. along with the order (special instructions, remarks, explanations, etc.). Finally, click on "All send". You will receive a message saying that we have received your order, and that is all ! For a next order, you may directly click on a previous order in the "History" field, and so create a new order from the old one. |
